Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
